Cosmetic surgery has grown in popularity throughout the world; however, women remain hesitant to discuss their concerns about vaginal looseness, enlarged or irregular labia or loss of sexual satisfaction. Many women do not even realize there are surgical techniques to solve their problems.

After childbirth the vagina is stretched and does not return to its original size and shape. This condition, called vaginal relaxation, frequently leads to decreased feelings of friction and loss of sexual satisfaction by the patient.
